Delay analysis is used to determine the cause or causes of delay in construction projects to ascertain whether an extension of time ought to be granted. It is also used to examine any disruption on the project to assist in the recovery of loss and expense or damages.

Today, most construction delay and disruption is generally caused by the interaction of various events. Proper evaluation of these can require forensic analysis to provide the necessary evidence to recover any losses incurred. I work with experienced Construction Planners and can:
- Advise on contract programmes
- Prepare programmes in MS Project, Primavera or Power Project etc.
- Monitor the progress of a project to retain any records required as evidence
- Update the programme to reflect progress or delays on site
- Provide retrospective investigation of a construction project
- Provide an independent report upon performance, delays, cost and time over-runs
